HarborOne Mortgage continues to lend to both homebuyers and refinance customers during these unprecedented times. Much of our business can be conducted over the phone or via the internet, however, there may be instances where business is conducted face to face. Home inspections, appraisals and loan closings are a few examples where a face to face may be requested. Below are best practices when you are planning for an in-person meeting:
- Confirmation there has been no known exposure to the virus, no overseas travel within 45 days, and no current symptoms indicative of the Coronavirus.
- Sanitize surfaces before and after any in person meetings
- Do not share pen or other instruments
- Agree to be no closer than six feet from anyone
- Provide any form of ID, when required, electronically to avoid physical contact
- Ask individuals to wash their hands thoroughly prior to meeting
- Encourage the use of rubber gloves, if possible
As we navigate through this historic time, you may experience transactional delays due to shelter at home requirements, businesses closures, job interruptions, etc. Please communicate with your HOME Loan Officer if there are any material changes to your circumstances prior to the closing of your home mortgage. Stay safe!

I have been in the mortgage business since 1984. I have seen it all. I started with Fleet Mortgage originating loans. By 1991, I was the Area Manager for NH/VT and we were NH's #1 Lender. I left in 1992 to start up Norwest Mortgage in NH/VT. Norwest is known today as Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. When I left WFHM in 2009, I was the Regional VP for New England and Upstate NY. I managed 46 offices with 331 loan officers. WFHM was the #1 lender in NH for 16 consecutive years and I enjoyed a lot of success. In 2009, it was time for a change.
I joined Merrimack Mortgage because I wanted to get back to my roots. Working for great people, growing a great team, and providing a level of service that I can be proud of every single day. I love what I do, and I want my customers and clients to see that and feel that. I still write loans. There is no greater satisfaction in this business than helping a borrower(s) through the mortgage process and offering sage advice that they can trust. I am proud of what I do and I know from experience that this is a referral business and satisfied customers are the building blocks to success. I've been living this vision from my start in 1984. And the bottom line? I want to be your mortgage lender.
